Importance of sediment in the industry and economy

Sediment is the main problem of thermal and hydraulic design and operation of heat exchangers. Statistics show based on 15 percent of the cost of plant’s maintenance, 50 percent of it is due to sediment and it’s damages. Usually the cost of cleaning any heat exchangers range about 40 to 50 thousand dollars in each repair period calculated.

Simorgh Sanat Co. (sisaco) Since 2004, Sisaco has engaged in the field of new technologies of Heat exchanger cleaning. The summer of 2010 we have a successful operation on cleaning and De-fouling projects from tubes and pipes, which most of them were clogged. The total Lengths of the tubes and pipes reach to 600 km.
